Today is National Pancake Day at IHOP. I heard about this last week sometime, but Darren has to be at school at 7:30 and has a meeting tonight so I thought we wouldn't be able to make it. When I picked him up yesterday he told me he didn't have to be at school until 11:00 today and tomorrow! Yay. We got up about 8 and headed out the door to our local IHOP for a free short stack. I was afraid there would be a long line, but we walked right in and were seated. Amazingly, we were in and out in 30 minutes. It was a yummy FREE breakfast, and it was nice to spend some time with Darren before he had to head to school.

I went too. It was amazing. K. We really, really need to hang out. Once I get my place painted, clean, and ready to go, you should come see it! But, we need to hang out before that! Seriously.
