Rackham Reunion - Day 2, Part 2

This afternoon, on the way back from Mt. Rushmore, we were discussing other things to do for the rest of the day. On the way up, we had passed a huge wooden maze that Darren wanted to try, so we all stopped on the way back.

I didn't really want to try it (I knew I would get frustrated when I couldn't find my way out), so Darren went in with 3 of my brothers, my sister Trish, and her husband Charles. They all started together, but finished at various times. Aaron was the winner with 37 minutes, Dallin finished in 42 minutes, Darren in just under an hour, and the other three after about an hour and a half. (They got fed up with not being able to find the exit so they rolled under a wall and walked out). It was SO hot by the time they finished, and I'm pretty sure that's where I got the majority of my sunburn...

When we got back to the hotel we all relaxed and went to the pool! Trish, Charles and Justin faced off against Darren, Dallin and Aaron in a game of water polo. It was mighty hilarious. I enjoyed my view from the lounge chair on the side.

We ordered in pizza for dinner with my family, and then headed down to the breakfast room for a riveting Dominoes and Cribbage tournament amongst all the aunts, uncles and cousins. We split up into 4 groups and the winner of each group goes on to play tomorrow for the championship. Dallin bested me, Aaron and Darren and will move on to play Trish, Jared and Ben. Unfortunately, I was playing, so I don't have any photos!

All in all, it was a LONG day, but we've had a great time so far.
