One Pound Challenge

On Saturday, Darren and I had a chance to get out and it was so fun! We met up with a couple of his old roommates out in Archer, Idaho, at Big Jud's. I had heard about this place from friends that went to BYU-I, so I was excited to experience it for myself.

Their burgers were huge!

Well, their one pound burgers. They extend a challenge to their customers to eat the one pound burger, a basket of fries, and a soda in one sitting and you'll get your picture on the wall. We decided that that didn't really sound like fun to our digestive systems, so we got the Big Jud Special and split it between the two of us. Perfect amount of food for two people.

Darren ate half of our burger, and we still have a quarter left, with some fries, in our refrigerator. We headed up to Rexburg after and played some games and hung out. It was fun to get out and do something I'd heard so much about before! Maybe next time we'll tackle the Hungry Heifer (15 scoops of ice cream with a variety of toppings). Or maybe not...
