Back on June 25th my brother, Dad, Darren and I had the opportunity to go and see Bryce Harper up close and personal. He was rehabbing from an injury just down the road from my parents, with the Potomac Nationals.
The game was smoking hot, and super crowded, so we only stayed until Bryce was taken out of the game. He did pretty well, and we enjoyed seeing him in a smaller setting than at Nats Park.
The best part though, was after Bryce was out of the game. My brother Dallin had been to the small stadium before and knew where players went after they were done. We set up camp right outside the locker room and hoped for at least a picture. Well, we got more than we asked for when Dallin got an autograph!! He slithered up the the front of the line and Bryce signed a baseball for him. We were star struck all the way home! I think Dally will hold onto the ball for a long time.
