8 Months!

Eight months old. Hard to believe!

New this month: He is an un-swaddled sleeper! After doing the one-am un-swaddle for a few weeks, we moved on to both arms with the swaddle around his midsection, and then eventually took it all off. It was funny to see that he would roll over and sleep on his tummy when both arms were out! Also new, he started shaking his head back and forth whenever we say "no". It's pretty cute.

He's still in love with solids, and will eat anything. His reflux is getting a little better these days, but he's still on Zantac twice a day.

Hayden is still in 3-6 month clothes, and is now wearing size 3 diapers. He started to have some leakage problems at night, so we went up a size and it seems to have solved the problem.

We've had some fun outings over the last month. Hayden had his first dip in the pool on my birthday (which he seemed to enjoy after a brief adjustment period). He also went to his Uncle Aaron's high school graduation! It was quite the muggy day, even at 9:00 in the morning, so Darren took him up a hill into the shade and he was much happier. He even fell asleep in the stroller on the way back to the car!

He's getting closer and closer to being mobile. I'm sure that will come in the next few weeks!!
